Our Promise

Every My MVP Card is made just for your player: their photo, their name, their number. Because each one is one of a kind, we can't accept returns or exchanges on custom items. What we can promise is that you'll love what arrives, and if something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

We'll replace your item, free, if:
- It arrived damaged. Cracked, chipped or scratched in transit.
- We made a mistake. A printing or production defect, or it doesn't match the details you gave us.

How to get a replacement
1. Email us at support@mymvpcard.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a photo of the item, plus the packaging if it was damaged in shipping.
3. We'll remake it and ship it back to you at no cost. You don't need to send the original back.

Lost or stolen packages
Once your order ships, it's in the carrier's hands. If tracking shows a package lost, stolen or delayed, please start a claim with the carrier first. Once tracking confirms it was lost or damaged in transit, email us at support@mymvpcard.com and we'll work with you to make it right.

A few things we can't replace
- Spelling, numbers or photos that were entered differently than intended. We print what you approve in your preview, so please double-check names and numbers before you order.
- Photos that print softer than expected when the original was low resolution. Our designer will warn you when a photo may print soft.
- Normal wear after delivery, or a change of heart. We know it's hard to say goodbye to a card, but every one is made for a single player.

Need to make a change?
Orders go into production quickly and ship within 24–36 hours. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@mymvpcard.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't printed yet, we'll gladly fix it.
